Processing Time

All orders are baked fresh to order! Please allow:

• 2–3 business days for shipment.
• Orders are shipped on Mondays.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

• Nationwide including Puerto Rico.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your cookies’ journey to your doorstep!

 

Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses will incur an additional re-shipping fee.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high seasonal demand.
